We at Oplox Tech (Pvt) Ltd. are looking for an experienced Shopify and Shopify Plus Developer to join our organization. The Developer, if selected, will work collaboratively across the team to provide high-quality development services. Candidate must have hands on experience with Shopify Development and must know more than just themes, module development and advance level customization and performance tuning. Candidate must also have experience working with large scale E-Commerce applications with the capability of managing thousands of products and large number of client base along with knowledge of developing marketing-oriented E-Commerce systems to increase sales.

Timing Monday – Friday (9:00 AM to 6:00 PM)

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop an interactive and competent Online Shopify Store.
  • Transforming layout PSDs into pixel-perfect presentation-layer HTML5/CSS3 templates.
  • Generate custom Shopify Themes & modify existing templates based on brand benchmarks.
  • Collaborate with the UX and UI Design Teams to develop robust front-end user experiences.
  • Ensure a seamless connection with Marketing Tools, Platform APIs, and Shopify Apps.
  • Optimize the store for sheer performance and needed functionalities.
  • Specialize in frequent Testing and Debugging of websites for better performance.
  • Optimize websites for increased conversion rates.

Skills Required

  • Minimum 02 years of Shopify development experience.
  • Strong knowledge of the Shopify platform
  • Strong HTML/CSS/JS/jQuery proficiency
  • Shopify’s object/properties, AJAX API, and Metafields
  • Familiarity with SEO/SEM best practices.
  • A thorough understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues and responsive web design techniques.
  • Experience with Shopify Online Store 2.0 is a plus
  • Good communication skills and demonstratable ability to execute development with minimal oversight, and ability to take ownership of projects.
